The Easy Weigh PX-12+, 12 lb x 0.002 lb Portion Control Scale is a heavy duty designed portioning scale that is perfect for weighing individual ingredient portions in restaurants, deli's and pizza parlors. The PX-12 is equipped with a UV-Sealed keypad and a removable medium size stainless steel platter, make cleanup a snap while maintaining a sanitary environment.
The Easy Weigh PX has a large, ultra quick response, easy to read, 6 digit display w/backlight. The PX-12+ also has 5 function keys for selecting G/N/T, Unit of Measure, Mode, Tare and Zero. The Easy Weigh PX-12+ can read in lbs, oz's, kg's, grams, pcs as well as lb's/oz's and can run continuously up to 48 hours with the backlight and up to 100 hours with the backlight turned off. A small foot print of 13.4" x 12.6" allows the PX to be placed in most areas and the 11.8" x 8.9" platter will accomodate most products.
