The Tor Rey PPC-10/20, 20 lb x 0.005 lb digital portion control scale with remote indicator and foot pedal is the obvious solution to your portion control needs! The PPC scale can weigh in pounds and kilograms to "Legal For Trade" accuracy. The PPC is also equipped with a rechargeable battery ensuring usabilty during power outages or where no power outlets are available.

The Torrey PPC is constructed with a stainless steel body for durability and easy cleaning. The PPC has a 7 3/4" x 9 7/8" platform. The progressive tare function allows for adding individual ingredients to exact porportions to deliver repeatable results in recipes. The included foot foot controlled tare keeps your hands free for delivering ingredients. The LCD backlit display provides for an easy to see weight even in dimly lit area.

The Tor Rey PPC-10/20 Display has a coiled cable cord for simple and easy remote operation. The PPC is rated as Class III accuracy for commercial weighing and is NTEP approved.
