All merchandise must be authorized prior to return. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of the box. No refunds will be made after 30 days of purchase. To obtain an RMA number please call 806-468-8766 and have your invoice # and item # ready.
All Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and some or all of the following may apply
If the wrong product or part was ordered:
1. A 20-50% restocking charge plus shipping may apply...(In Cases with Free Shipping, This Will Be The Actual Shipping Cost)
2. The merchandise being returned must be returned within 30 Days of the original ship date.
3. The merchandise must be unused and received in new condition and in the original packaging. Merchandise that has been used or is not received in the original packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
If the wrong product or part was shipped:
1. The correct merchandise will shipped at once.
2. Full credit will be issued upon receipt of incorrect merchandise.
There will be a 15% restocking fee on orders that are canceled or refused after the order has been shipped in addition to the actual shipping cost to and from the customer. There will be a 4% cancellation fee for orders where payment has already processed but have not yet shipped.
