Please read the following Terms And Conditions carefully

Orders:
We welcome orders for shipment
to addresses in the U.S., possessions
and territories of the U.S. Orders for shipment outside these areas are subject
to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs,
duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All
international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds, by a cashier's
check
drawn on a U.S. bank or by wire transfer. Southwestscales.com only accepts
credit cards issued by a U.S. bank, and having a billing address in the U.S., for
orders shipping to U.S. addresses. Please be aware that many products' warranties
do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be
exported under any circumstances due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. law.
Southwestscales.com makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or
serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S.
Return Policy:
All merchandise must be
authorized prior to return. No returns will be accepted without a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of the box. No refunds
will be made after 30 days of purchase. To obtain an RMA number please call
806-468-8766 and have your invoice # and item # ready.
All Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis and some or all of the
following may apply
If the wrong part was ordered:
1. A 20% restocking charge plus shipping may apply
2. The merchandise being returned must be returned within 30 Days of the
original ship date.
3. The merchandise must be unused and received in new condition and in the
original packaging.
If the wrong part was shipped:
1. The correct merchandise will shipped at once.
2. Full credit will be issued upon receipt of incorrect merchandise.
Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express.

Warranty:
Your Customer Warranty is the
standard manufacturer's warranty, which
is normally 1 year from the date of shipment.
Return Authorization Number is required. Items returned under
warranty
will be repaired or replaced at Southwestscales.com discretion.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges to Southwestscales.com,
We will provide shipping back to the customer.
